Among those who attended the meetings on Oct 29 and Nov 1. were Ms. Nguyen Thien My – THACO General Deputy Director in charge of Retail, heads of Financial Department – Accounting Committee, heads of provincial retail branches and showrooms.

The executives made updated presentations on the branches’ organization structure, functions, finance-accounting management, car and spare parts sales, drafts on productivity-based pay bonuses, and some other topics.

Speaking at the meetings, Ms. My placed great emphasis on the role the branches’ heads play in leading their units, including their comprehensive operations management. She also made a request that the branches’ accounting personnel execute the role in consulting, developing working processes and regulations to support their car and spare parts sales.
