THACO’s retail division outlines car plans for last half of 2018
The program was attended by Ms. Nguyen Thien My, THACO Deputy General Director in charge of the Retail Division, regional and group management boards, leaders of PC and CV companies, branch managers and staff in the concerned areas.

At the meeting, Ms Nguyen Thien My presented the management model of the Retail Division, highlighting its vision, mission and strategy. Accordingly, upholding the spirit of “Dedicated Customer Service,” the Division put forward the strategies for showroom development in line with the standards of each vehicle brand, achieving big sales and market shares, and the Division-branch management model that meets THACO's strategy and administrative requirements.
At the same time, she stressed the necessity of improving the personnel of the Division and branches to establish a core leadership team with strategic thinking and management capabilities.
Also at the program, the department and branch leaders detailed the new organizational structure, clarifying the functions of each position to reach the consensus on working procedures from the Division to branches, taking it as the basis to develop other plans from now through the year-end.
The conference also pointed out the existing inadequacies and requirements suggested by branches towards PC/CV companies, showroom system management, and administrative tasks.

In conclusion, the THACO Deputy CEO emphasized the key tasks for branches in the last 6 months of 2018. Specifically, it is necessary to strengthen management, the working process and regulations for better and more effective operations. Branches are required to be proactive in its management and working with the Division Departments. Branch managers were also expected to disseminate the organizational structure clearly so that their staff could deliver the most satisfactory work performance.
