The youth worker festival was organized under the form of a camp in order to provide a useful playground for the youth workers to exchange experience in working, youth union activities, thereby developing the bonds between the youth unionists and the local youths. In the festival, the organizers honored 14 youth workers having remarkable achievements in production and enthusiastic participation in youth union activities and movements; and gave presents to the youths in hardship. Besides, there were other meaningful activities at the camp, including: medical examination, medicine administration, consultation on reproductive health; granting of nearly 400 A1 driving licenses to the workers; contest about Quang Nam famous places and people; knowledge of labor safety, fire prevention; elegant couple; sports, cooking, and folk games.

After 2 days, THACO won 3 first prizes (men's football, the camp gate, tug of war), 4 third prizes (women's volleyball, elegant couples, stilt walking - bag jumping, contest about famous places and people) and won the first prize in the entire camp. This is the fourth consecutive year that THACO keeps leading the Youth worker festival.
