On May 10, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE) hosted a job fair called HCMUTE Career Fair 2025. THACO was its diamond sponsor.

This year, 77 companies participated, with 107 booths offering over 1,500 job opportunities in different fields like manufacturing, engineering, technology, services, finance, business, and education.

220 students have applied for jobs at THACO and Sub-holdings

At THACO’s booth, students learned about the company, its business areas, employee benefits, work environment, internships, and job opportunities. They also heard about career development trends, especially digital transformation, helping them plan their future careers.

Nguyen Hoang Phuc, a technology student, shared that, “Many businesses are restructuring to embrace digitalization. I and my classmates also want to work in dynamic environments with modern technology so we can grow and learn continuously.”

In 2025, to meet its business expansion strategy in the new period, THACO plans to hire over 26,000 new employees, increasing its total workforce to more than 77,000. Along with hiring, the company focuses on training and developing staff, helping them improve management skills and prepare for leadership roles in the future.
