Established since 2010, Quang Nam talents development funds has honored nearly 100 students and talents in every field to encourage and motivate them to carry out their dreams, excel at their learning and creativity, contribute their talents to the country. This year, the fund management selected and honored 25 excellent students with 5 million VND each scholarship. In addition, there was one special case, Truong Hung Anh (in Dien Ban town) in disability, hardship who has passed the entrance exam of Danang University of Technology.
