THACO signs cooperation agreement with Kien Giang Province
As part of THACO's business development strategy, Rach Gia - Kien Giang Complex is one of the key projects in Vietnam’s Mekong Delta.
The project is located in Phu Cuong New Urban Area, where infrastructure is planned synchronously, meeting the quality standards of a modern urban area. With an investment of US$80 million on an area of over 15 thousand square meters, the complex is designed with two basements, five commercial floors, including car dealerships, and a 13-story hotel with 5-star standards.
As per the long-term development strategy as a multiindustry corporation, commercial services are considered one of THACO’s key sectors, and such complexes as Phu Cuong are the bright spots meeting demands for higher living standards of Vietnamese people while raising the values of real estate in the region.
