The meeting was attended by Chairman Tran Ba Duong, CEO Nguyen Hung Minh, and management of THACO, PC/CV, Retail Division and Operational Departments.

The meeting covered the divisions' manufacture and business strategies, operational directions, 2018 overall plan and focus plan of March, governance activities of the divisions of auto, logistics, construction, commerce-services, tourism, and agri, and operational departments  (specifically business model, organizational structure, position requirements, HR system, HR recruitment plans).

In his conclusion, Chairman Tran Ba Duong stressed the group-based governance. Accordingly, he emphasized the Corporation governance, especially improving the HR system with the main objectives and plans in governing and managing the divisions' manufacture - business operations with the assistance of the operational departments.

The Chairman also requested that every attendee should take part in the governance improvement program in the context of THACO's reshaping, which would be the key for them to accomplish the targets, developing THACO into "the Vietnamese multi-industry group in the level of ASEAN groups, which takes auto manufacture and business at its core".
