This is a movement to save electricity, public expenditure, and limit the consumption of luxury goods, support the poor, care for families under preferential treatment policy, workers, students under hardship, and support lonely elders, disabled, and orphans.

Over the years, THACO has actively participated in the movement by means of supporting the disadvantaged cases. At the review conference, THACO was honored as one of the 23 units receiving the Certificate of Merit and Medal from HCMC People's Committee.
