These enterprises have had outstanding achievements in terms of quality and efficiency in production and business while applying advanced quality management systems and tools to improve productivity, quality and efficiency. This year's awards ceremony included 15 Gold winners and 62 Silver winners.

In 2016, when participating in the State-level Science and Technology project on "Technological renovation of manufacturing and assembling of small and medium-sized canopies and tarpaulins on the basis of modularization of vehicle trunks", Chu Lai - Truong Hai Mechanics One-member Limited has registered and won the National Quality Silver Award in 2016. Representing THACO, Mr Vu Quang Long - Chairman of THACO Northern Branch's Trade Union received the prize.

The National Quality prize is an annual event of the Prime Minister to honor excellent organizations in manufacture, business, and services, raising the positions of Vietnam products, goods, and services, improving the competitiveness and integration competence in domestic and international markets, having positive contributions to the national socio-economic development.
