The seminar listened to the General Director's presentation of THACO management strategies and models; Truck - Bus Distribution Division's presentation of sales strategies and target, target of spare parts services during the last months of 2017 and 2018; plans of business administration, management of Truck - Bus spare parts services. The auto retail division also presented Strategies - Main plan of the auto retail division during the last quarter of 2017 and 2018, plan of business administration of Truck - Bus showroom system.

At the meeting, Chairman Tran Ba Duong stressed the orientation to develop THACO into a multi-industrial conglomerate. THACO has entered a new era, changed its business scale and strategies, determined to develop the technology, manufacture, to have its part in create quality products, at the same time oriented towards international exports. The Chairman requested great efforts to improve the management capacity, understand the management, orientations, and business development strategies of the Company in the coming time.
