THACO now expands its market of composite parts - different demands met
Established in December 2015, the factory covers an area of 1.1 hectares, producing 24,000 sets of products/year. It is invested with modern production lines and equipment from the US, Germany and Italy, including well-known Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) and sheet molding compound (SMC) technologies. The facility makes and supplies high-quality and affordable products that meet domestic and overseas demands, including composite components for autos, industrial molds, and composite components for other purposes.
The composite can optimally help create products with high durability, lighter weight than metal, but ensure the technical requirements, usability and aesthetics.
For such reasons, the factory has supplied its products for construction (lane separators, lamppost cover, trash racks ...), agri (fruit trays, transport straps ...), civil and industrial uses (tables, chairs, kid sliders, flower pots, dustbins, doors, electrical cabinets, delivery boxes ...)
The products vary in sizes, colors, offering high durability, light weight, portability, assemblability, electrical and heat insulation, suitable for various purposes. The factory also serves customized design and production.
On the market for only nearly 2 years, the factory composite products have received lots of appreciation from Vietnamese enterprises such as Hoang Anh Gia Lai, QNTEK, Forklift Asia, Plastic Central Vietnam... In 2019, the factory supplied over 2,400 products outside the auto industry. In 2020, it plans to provide more than 8,000 items worth VND6.7 billion. The factory ultimate goal is to become a leading Vietnamese enterprise in manufacturing composite products.
