THACO Northern Branch organizes its 2016’s 6 first month business conference
The meeting listened to the operation report of the first 6 months and the plan for the last 6 months in 2016 of the Corporation, business of commercial vehicles and passenger cars, Finance - Accounting activities so that the northern employees take hold of the direction, governance, and business perspectives from the Head Office to the units in the last 6 months of 2016 as well as in the coming time. Speaking at the conference, Mr Tran Bao Son - Northern Branch Director presented the first 6 month report of the region with the sales at 11,873 commercial vehicles and 13,841 passenger cars, the number of showrooms/dealers in the region of 63 units, after-tax profits reaching 165 billion VND. Simultaneously, the Northern Branch Director also outlined the specific solutions and plans to improve the efficiency of the business operations, to follow strictly the general directions to complete the 2016 plan with 25,658 commercial vehicles and 36,096 passenger cars sold, showroom profits reaching 449 billion VND, and the retail system consists of 83 showrooms/dealers.
Speaking at the conference, Chairman Tran Ba Duong outlined the opportunities and challenges of THACO Northern Branch in the last 6 months as well as the next phases before the transformation of the domestic market and the regional and international economic situation. In particular, the Chairman emphasized the role of the distribution system at the same time clearly defining the tasks in business - distribution to develop business operations, and increase THACO's market share. Besides, the Chairman also affirmed the importance of improving the management system, paying more attention to the development of policies and regulations consistent with each sector to promote the production and business activities, and creating the momentum for the sustainable development of the company.
