In the opening of the program, employees listened to the Regional Manager's introduction of the General Strategic and Orientation of the company & showroom system administration plan in 2016; important contents of the plan implementation in 2016 of the units. In the program, the employees also spent their time discussing issues related to the operation of the company, work details in 2016, etc. Acknowledging the comments from the unit managers and employees, Director of THACO Northern Branch - Mr. Tran Bao Son also pointed out the inadequacies, problems and solutions, operational plans to enhance business performance of the northern units in accordance with the Company's strategic orientation. Accordingly, in 2016, THACO Northern Branch particularly needs to focus on developing the distribution system and promote its production and business, while the employees ought to acquire innovations in thinking and actions in order to "create the fundamental and essential values for integration".

As scheduled, the remaining units will organize program "2016 activity deployment" at the end of February and beginning of March, 2016.
