THACO INDUSTRIES organizes cost accounting and product cost training course
The THACO's Mechanical Sub-holding held the training course for more than 30 employees who are managers and specialists of its subsidiaries and affiliated units.
The training course explained the general overview of the supply chain, cost management objectives, cost concepts, product price structure, factors affecting product cost, cost management methods. At the same time, students practice handling situations of fluctuations in costs in production.
Production costs and prices are important indicators of a business's operational quality. To achieve their profit targets, the businesses are not only to boost productivity, product and service quality, but also control production costs and build reasonable cost structures.
The course sought to improve students' cost-related knowledge, e.g. general concepts, costing methods, and apply such knowledge and skills more flexibly in practice, making positive contributions to the company's bottom line by helping to save costs, optimizing resources, and improve production efficiency.
