THACO holds HR conference for last 4 months of 2018
The meetings were attended by Mr. Tran Ba Duong – THACO Chairman, Mr. Nguyen Hung Minh - Vice Chairman, Mr. Pham Van Tai – THACO CEO, management of PC, CV, THACO administrative departments, potential leaders, HR executives from units in Chu Lai and Dai Quang Minh.
The attendees listened to THACO's HR development strategies and plans for THACO divisions during the last 4 months of 2018.
Speaking at the conference, Chairman Tran Ba Duong pointed out that human resources play the main role and are the most important factor for business development. To earn effective productivity, first of all, employees must put on positive working attitudes, eliminate the ego, have the can-do spirit and willingness to make changes to meet the development requirements of the company and trends of the time. Employees must work with passion, high responsibility, and standard behavior to successfully develop THACO’s corporate culture. The ultimate goal of HR management after all includes good productivity, work performance and individual development. At the same time, a solid corporate culture is established to form a suitable working environment for mutual development and long-term strategies.
