THACO holds closing conference 2015
The conference was listened to the report of the company’s activities in 2015 and plan in 2016. Accordingly, in 2016, THACO will continue to maintain its domestic market and fast and sustainable growth rate meeting the demand of ASEAN integration; enhance manufacture capacity and local content; improve retail and distribution system; invest in technology transfer and development; make the complex become the leading auto assembly and spare part and component manufacture center in the region. Besides manufacture activities, the Board of Management also concentrates on training and recruiting human resources of high capacity, building THACO Culture based on its current philosophy and core value.
Speaking at the conference, Chairman Tran Ba Duong emphasized: The concentration on HR training and recruitment aims to create a strong inner force to promote and ensure the sustainable development of the company. We build a creative and right business strategy to increase our competitiveness in the market, making THACO become a leading Vietnamese brand in the ASEAN region bring value for the country and community.
Also at the event, the Finance and Accounting Department and four individuals were honored and rewarded for their great performance in 2015.
