THACO head, executives review shakeup plans for multi-business strategy
Joining the chairman in the October 21, 2017 meeting were CEO Nguyen Hung Minh, Committee and Department heads, chiefs of provincial divisions nationwide, managers and also staff.
The conference reviewed the group’s fresh key tasks, plans as it has reached a new height, including issues on human resources development, personnel training and re-training, production and distribution of Kia, Mazda, Peugeot cars, buses and trucks of different kinds, among many other issues in order to obtain sustainable growth.
CEO Nguyen Hung Minh presented the THACO Strategy, Management Model, Operations Management. The division heads briefed their strategies, targets, and major plans for the fourth quarter of 2017. The executive committees’ chiefs highlighted their tasks, plans and strategies for a totally new period of development.
During the conference, THACO Chairman Tran Ba Duong made his in-depth analyses for the operations of all businesses. He stressed on group restructuring, personnel training and development, discipline, loyalty, devotion, job performance assessment, as well as how to make the best use of management to fully support manufacturing and operations in each division.
Mr. Duong also emphasized the necessity of initiatives and self-study in line with the THACO development strategy to work out the best solutions for the group.
