THACO double-decker buses launched for Hanoi tourists
After the handover, on May 30, 2018, Transerco has officially launched the Hanoi City Tour double-decker bus route for tourists’ exploration of the Vietnamese capital, with a 25 central-street route and 13 bus stops.
The double-decker sightseeing bus is designed with a roof top, open space and good view. It has 54 seats, 42 on the upper deck and the other 12 on the lower, modern amenities such as a mini bar and an automatic narration system in many languages: Vietnamese, English, Japanese, etc. to provide visitors with information about the destinations without the need to look for help from the tour guide.
In addition, its four-camera surveillance system will transmit the entire vehicle images to the driver to ensure safety. The bus’ flat and low floor is suitable for elders and young children. There is also a dedicated wheelchair area for disabled people.
At the opening ceremony, visitors and residents joining in the tour were satisfied with the convenience and modernity offered by THACO’s double-decker sightseeing bus.
