THACO champions DUT Job Fair 2024
On April 19-20, Danang University of Science and Technology (DUT) held the program 'DUT Job Fair 2024.' The event attracted a significant number of businesses and students, and THACO participated as a sponsor.
This annual event, organized by the university, provides a platform for academic institutions and businesses to discuss recruitment needs and explore potential partnerships. Additionally, the program serves as a valuable resource for connecting students with relevant job opportunities upon graduation.
The DUT Job Fair 2024 successfully brought together over 2,000 students and 40+ businesses. Nearly 3,000 job opportunities were presented, and students participated in 30 informative talks focused on startups, innovation, and career development.

At its booth, THACO offered students a comprehensive overview of the company's diverse operations and recruitment needs. Representatives provided career guidance and conducted interviews for positions at the THACO Chu Lai Industrial Park.
One of the applicants, Nguyen Cong Sinh, a senior majoring in Automation, shared: "The THACO Chu Lai Industrial Park, with its advanced manufacturing facilities and focus on the mechanical and automotive sectors, aligns perfectly with my field of study. The DUT Job Fair provided valuable insights into THACO's recruitment process and specific requirements. This knowledge will allow me to develop the necessary skills and qualifications to pursue my dream career as a research and development, design, or operations engineer at THACO Chu Lai."
Nguyen Hoai Anh, a sophomore majoring in Computer Science, participating in consulting and orientation at the THACO booth also said: "The DUT Job Fair proved valuable not only for graduating students but also for underclassmen like me. Engaging with established companies like THACO provides an early opportunity to explore and develop clearer future career paths."
DUT has cultivated a strong reputation for producing highly skilled graduates in engineering, high technology, and advanced manufacturing, providing a critical talent pipeline for THACO. Each year, THACO hires a significant number of DUT graduates. Notably, THACO Chu Lai Industrial Park employs 6,500 engineers, with 2,500 alumni from DUT, many of whom hold leadership positions, including directors, deputy directors, chiefs and deputy chiefs of departments or divisions.
In 2024, THACO Sub-holdings in Chu Lai anticipates to recruit nearly 2,000 new employees. As a result, DUT remains a key target institution for THACO's talent acquisition strategy.
