The certificate was signed by the People Committee Chairman and handed over by Mr. Nguyen Anh Dung - Director of the Long An Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism.

In May 2017 THACO funded VND1 billion to the Long An men's volleyball team. Mr. Dung said his department recognized and expressed its gratitude to the funding, which has served as both physical and nonphysical supports for the volleyball team in training and competitions.
