THACO continues to lead Vietnam Automobile Market with the sales of nearly 10,000 vehicles in May

KIA brand achieved the sales of 2,340 vehicles, up 60% compared to the same period last year. Continuing to lead in South Korean KIA car sales is Kia Morning with nearly 900 cars per month. K3 models are also equally attractive when 575 vehicles were sold. Mazda brand also grew strongly in May, up 93.6% compared to the same period in 2015, equivalent to 2,520 cars sold. Particularly, Mazda3 continues to hold the leading position among Mazda car sales when reaching the highest sales in Vietnam with 890 vehicles. In the second place is Mazda CX-5 with 808 vehicles. THACO commercial vehicles continue to maintain the sales of over 5,000 vehicles in two consecutive months. In May, there were 302 buses sold while trucks sales reached 4,746 vehicles.

With cumulative sales of the first 5 months in 2016 reaching 43,881 vehicles, up 57% over the same period in 2015, THACO is confident with the aim of leading Vietnam auto market in 2016.
