THACO College’s students won prizes at National Technical Skills Contest

The ceremony had the attendance of Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam; Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Dao Ngoc Dung; Director of General Vocational Training Department Nguyen Hong Minh, who also led the organizing board of the National Technical Skills Contest 2018.

The Tenth National Technical Skills Contest (2018) took place from May 13-20, 2018 with 520 contestants from 56 teams in 26 professions. The competition was held at 6 national examination councils run by 5 ministries in cooperation with the Hanoi City Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
Lined up for the central coastal Quang Nam province team, THACO College representatives, Dang Hong Duc (class CO-07B2) took part in Automobile Technology test while Bui Van Qui (class TH-07B1) went for the Welding test. They have successfully completed their assignments and won themselves 2 consolation prizes, which were also the only awards for the Quang Nam team in the contest.
