From November 4 to 10, lecturers from THACO College participated in the National Vocational Educators' Conference 2024 in Quang Ninh province in northeastern Vietnam. The event brought together 462 educators from 266 vocational institutions across the country. The conference covered 116 professions, many of which have high labor demand, aligning with current socio-economic development needs.

Mr. Nguyen Hung from the Automotive Technology Department and Mr. Trinh Hung Thinh from the Mechatronics Department of THACO College were among the eight excellent educators from Quang Nam province presenting their lectures at the conference.

At the conference, the 2 lecturers presented their teaching on "Inspecting and Repairing Turn Signal and Danger Light Systems" and "Installing Electrical Circuits for Block and Tackle Systems," respectively. They were using visual aids such as videos, simulation software, free online platforms, practice models, and digitized learning materials to make the training more accessible and effective for students.

Both received the Encouragement Awards in the end. Mr. Hung Thinh reflected on his experience, "The opportunity was wonderful for me to learn and exchange with educators nationwide. Although the results were not high, this achievement motivates me to keep on working on my professional skills and teaching methods, enhancing the quality of education at our college."

Through the event, the lecturers have proven the high capabilities of THACO College's teaching staff in applying new teaching methods and digital transformation in vocational education. Their participation also reflects the college's commitment to standardizing the education quality, contributing to improving vocational training effectiveness in the province, meeting practical needs of businesses, and finally developing the workforce in Central Vietnam.
