On the morning of August 16, during its business and management plan meeting for 2025’ last 5 months, THACO announced the appointment of three new Vice Presidents to strengthen its management capacities and meet new development requirements.

Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Quang Bao, THACO AUTO President, Mr. Tran Bao Son, THACO AGRI President, and Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tue, THADICO President, were appointed as Vice Presidents of THACO. At the same time, Mr. Luu Van Dat continues to be reappointed as THACO Vice President in charge of legal affairs, Mr. Tran Ba Duong, THACO Chairman concurrently serves as THACO President.

THACO also named new leaders for its corporate function departments, including: Mr. Max Sunarcia as Chief Financial Officer, and Mr. Nguyen Quang Thai as Human Resources Director. The addition is evaluated as an important step to strengthen management capacity.

That evening, at the Thiskyhall Sala Convention Center in HCM City, THACO organized a farewell party for Mr. Pham Van Tai, President, and Mr. Nguyen Mot, Corporate Culture and Communication Senior Director. They all have fulfilled their mission at the corporation and are ready to take on their retirement path. In the appreciation dinner, THACO Chairman Tran Ba Duong acknowledged their contributions throughout their over 20-year journeys with THACO.
