THACO Auto Retail Division details HR strategies and plans for 2018’s last 4 months
Attending the meeting held on August 25 were THACO Chairman Tran Ba Duong, Vice Chairman Nguyen Hung Minh, CEO Pham Van Tai, the Board of Directors, PC and CV representatives, directors, administrative officers and regional branch irectors.

The conference listened to the HR development strategy of THACO and its Auto Retail Division for the last 4 months of 2018, HR operations at car-part service departments and branches.



At the conference, THACO Chairman Tran Ba Duong said 2018 was a milestone in governance to meet THACO's requirements and development aspirations in a new and trendy fashion. Human resources operations also need a new strategy with clear organizational structures. Business philosophy goes hand in hand with philosophy of life, based on values of dedication, morality and leadership. Every member should be mindful and conscious of their working community, know how to share and live in community, and appropriately change to adapt to the new period, with leaders serving as the role models for their juniors. In addition, all employees need to makes changes and efforts to develop with THACO, which is also the way for their self-development.
