On January 18, at the Sales Gallery Hall in Thu Duc City, THACO AUTO held a conference to outline its 2025 business and management plans. The event aimed to evaluate its 2024 achievements and set forth management strategies and plans in 2025.

The conference was attended by Mr. Tran Ba Duong, THACO Chairman, Mr. Nguyen Hung Minh, THACO Standing Vice Chairman, Mr. Pham Van Tai, THACO President, Ms. Nguyen Thien My, THACO AUTO Standing Vice Chairwoman, Mr. Nguyen Quang Bao, THACO AUTO President, along with leaders from THACO's departments and over 550 leaders and potential leaders from THACO AUTO and its subsidiaries.

At the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thien My, the THACO AUTO Standing Vice Chairwoman, stated: "Year 2025 has an important role as it marks a significant transformation in THACO AUTO's sustainable development journey, presenting both opportunities and challenges. THACO AUTO should proactively manage its production and business operations, focus on management, and strengthen the workforce to meet strategic goals and requirements in the new period."

THACO AUTO's leaders also presented the company's strategies and management directions for 2025 and up to 2027, as well as the 2025 business and management plans for the Business Division, Production Division, and THACO AUTO in the Northern and Southern Vietnam regions.

In his directive speech at the conference, Mr. Tran Ba Duong, THACO Chairman, stated: "2025 is the third year of the multi-industry strategy and the five-year plan (2023-2027), during which THACO is restructuring and transforming into a multi-industry corporation. THACO AUTO is the key and pioneering Sub-holding responsible for automotive production and business activities. THACO AUTO must continue to enhance its management system by standardizing key regulations and processes in production and business management to ensure stable, transparent operations and mitigate risks, contributing to sustainable development."

THACO Chairman also stressed the importance of people development at THACO AUTO. Each employee must master their expertise, understand products, and maintain discipline, technical skills, and creativity to produce products and services that meet the increasing demands of customers according to the business strategy.

"Inheriting the industrial management foundation, THACO AUTO's production and business activities must be integrated and complementary within itself and with other THACO’s Sub-holdings. Additionally, management should adhere to the principle 'combination for advantages, specialization for efficiency,' to bring effectiveness to THACO AUTO’s business and THACO’s as a whole, increasing customer value," the Chairman added.

On this occasion, THACO AUTO honored 2024 outstanding individuals and teams as an encouragement for employees and departments to strive to complete their tasks.
