During the discussion, the Party units of the Division's Party Committee, subsidiary Party units presented their argumentative speeches in terms of advantages, disadvantages and solutions in cooperation between the companies' leadership with Parties and Unions at the units to well perform manufacture and business activities and take care of employees' life.

In the discussion, on behalf of THACO, Mr Nguyen Van Kim Lan –THACO’s Vice Secretary of Party Committee and Chairman of Trade Union presented the argumentative speech “Innovation and improvement of Party and Union in Private enterprises.” The speech demonstrated the collaboration, support, and care from the company leadership with Party and Union in organizing programs and activities protecting the legitimate rights of its laborers. Over the past years, the Company's Party and Unions are always praised as Transparent and sustainable Party units by Dong Nai Party Committee.
