Thaco attends the press conference to announce "The National Football Super Cup 2016 - THACO Cup"
The program was attended by the Head of the organizers, Tien Phong Newspaper Chief Editor - Mr Le Xuan Son; Vice President of Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) - Mr Tran Quoc Tuan; Permanent Vice Chairman of JSC Vietnam Professional Football (VPF) - Mr Pham Ngoc Vien and numerous reporters from media outlets across the country. The National Football Super Cup is a match between the National League Champion and National Cup Champion every year, held under the initiative of Tien Phong Newspaper (first time in 1999), and included in the national football competition. The National Football Super Cup 2016 - THACO Cup is the match between the National League Champion, T & T Hanoi football team and the National Cup Champion - Than Quang Ninh Football Team. The match will take place at 16:00 on 29 December 2016 at Hang Day Stadium, Hanoi and will be live broadcast on VTV6 Channel of Vietnam Television.
Accompanying the Super Cup this year, THACO is the main sponsor of the tournament with 800 million VND in sponsorship. This is the 3rd consecutive year THACO acts as the main sponsor for the Super Cup match. Speaking at the press conference, Mr Le Xuan Son, said: "We believe that with the support of the corporates for the organization of the VFF and VPF as well as the media, the National Super Cup match in 2016 will be successful."
