THACO and HCM City University of Technical Education sign MOU in research and training
The MOU signing took place on September 13 in Ho Chi Minh City, to strengthen cooperation between THACO and educational institutes, and to develop high-quality work forces the Vietnamese multi-industry corporation.
To fulfill the multi-industry business model with diverse production and business areas, THACO is in
great need for high-quality workforces, especially in automaking, mechanics, logistics, agriculture, construction, and so on.
Having been established for more than 60 years, the HCM City University of Technical Education is the leader in technical training in southern Vietnam which is able to provide high potential workers for the labor market.
Through the MOU, the two sides have agreed to cooperate in the following: scientific research and technology transfers, organizing training programs in line with THACO's needs, internship programs and recruitment after graduation.
After the signing ceremony, THACO hosted the seminar "Career orientation with THACO", in which Mr. Bui Tran Nhan Tri, the THACO Chu Lai HR Director introduced the company's development strategy and HR needs in the current and future times. He also listed the required knowledge and skills to meet job requirements for university graduates, especially those majoring in Automotive Engineering Technology, Machine Technology and Control and Automation Engineering Technology.
The cooperation between THACO and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education will be the premise to improve training quality, meet requirements of businesses and the labor market, open up job opportunities for students after graduation, and provide high-quality labor forces in line with THACO's needs and recruitment criteria.
