Launched by Vietnam Economic Times in 2001, the Golden Dragon Enterprises & Strong Brands of Vietnam is a program recognizing enterprises which have made outstanding achievements in production and business, and have had the most contributions to the development of the community. 

Upholding the aim of becoming a Vietnamese multi-industry corporation in ASEAN, THACO is now the national leading automobile company, making great contributions to the economy, sharing "Social Responsibility", and taking part in numerous community activities. Being recognized for its huge impacts, this year, THACO continued to gain the Strong Brands of Vietnam Award as one of the top 10 enterprises having the most substantial contributions to the country. On behalf of THACO, Mr. Le Hoang Lan received this prestigious title from the organizers.
