The conference evaluated the results of 2016 union and youth emulation activities, established 2017 plans with the spirit "Vietnamese Youths - Unity, Courage, Wisdom, Initiative, Volunteer for the aims of rich people, strong nation, fair, democratic, and civilized society". At the event, Chairman Tran Ba Duong discussed with the youth delegates under the theme "Youth Entrepreneurship and the road to success", shared new viewpoints in entrepreneurship in the preparation for integration.

During the conference, the delegates listened to the introduction of THACO and the Complex, visited the auto, spare parts, and components manufacture and assembly plants, Vocational College, and Chu Lai - Truong Hai port.
