THACO accompanies with Press Cup 2017
The competition is held in response to the campaign "All citizens excerise to follow the example of Uncle Ho," celebrating the 92nd anniversary of the Vietnam Revolutionary Journalism and the 72nd anniversary of the National Day. Through the tournament, the organizers hope to promote the movement of physical training and sports in the press from the central to local level, create a useful playground, improve the physical, cultural and spiritual life while strengthening the exchange between the media agencies. With the desire to organize a large scale tournament, increase the spirit of solidarity among the press community and business community in Vietnam, THACO always accompanies actively with the tournament from the very first days with the role of a main sponsor.
Press Cup 2017 promises to be an exciting and vibrating football competition with more than 40 teams divided into four areas in the qualifying round in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hue, and Can Tho. The qualifying round in Hanoi will officially start on July 24 - 29 with the participation of 14 press agencies such as: Vietnam Television, Radio The Voice of Vietnam, Tien Phong Newspaper, People's Army Newspaper, Lao Dong Newspaper, Dan Tri Newspaper, VnExpress, etc. are divided into four groups to compete to select the finalists to participate in the final round held at Tao Dan Football Stadium - Ho Chi Minh City on 10 - 12 August 2017.
