This is an annual award of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (Vietnam Youth Federation) in cooperation with the Volunteer Program held by the United Nations to grant excellent individuals and groups in volunteering. THACO is the sponsor of the program with the sponsorship value of 300 million dong.
