During the test, the employees completed 3 parts in terms of professional knowledge, understanding of the job and sales skills. After the program, the sales consultants had the chance to demonstrate their competence and skills, at the same time the units will have the basis to filter the sales consultants after probation, evaluate the training quality at the units to have more improvements in their sales personnel.
