The program introduced customers to the car features and advised appropriate products suitable to the users' needs. In addition, the customers were instructed on how to operate and use distinctive features on existing Kia products. With professional organization, thoughtful and dedicated service attitude, the program received positive responses with 82 test driving turns and 1 Sorento car sale contract was signed. Expectedly, 4 customers would have their car sales contract signed the week after.
