Specialized training on professional production manager at the Complex
Through the lectures of Doctor Ngo Cong Truong - Training Specialist of PTI Business School, 48 trainees being Directors, Vice Directors of Production, Supervisors and Production Assistants of Chu Lai - Truong Hai Complex were taught the contents: The role of managers in production; Basic knowledge of production management; The skills required for production managers, etc. to improve their productivity, quality, and efficiency in production workshops.
