Specialized training on "Enterprise Business Human Resource Management" at the Complex
Participating in the training by Expert Huynh Thi Thanh Thao - Member of the Supervisory Board in the Ho Chi Minh City Head Office, students will be able to absorb the contents of management skills, including: Enterprise Resource Management; Human Resource Management; Financial-economic risk management; Quality management system risk management. Through the theoretical lessons and discussions from current evidence in general management, participants had the opportunity to self-assess and re-evaluate their own work related to management, at the same time updating new knowledge to renovate management mindset, bringing high efficiency into production and business management.
This is a special course in the regular training program of the Center for Professional Development at the Complex to provide the management staff with specialized knowledge for their management at plants and units.
