At the meeting, the Retail Representatives introduced the Automobile Retail Management System, and the objective of applying lean mindset and management to the provincial branches. The Complex leadership shared the experience of the management model, the experience of deploying lean mindset and management program that has been applied at the factories, therefrom they proposed the methods of lean management implementation for the showroom system.

Also on this trip, the retail division also visited and observed the production activities at the factories to gain a realistic view for better service of the business activities at the units.
