At the events, representatives of the management office and its affiliates conveyed the 11th message 2016 of Chairman Tran Ba Duong to their employees. The message clearly stated THACO’s orientation, goals, and assignments in 2016 in the three year strategy 2015-2017, the transition phase for its integration into ASEAN in 2018. In addition, the message also emphasized the training of distinctive and excellent human resources meeting the demand for development and being appropriate with THACO management methods.

Responding the chairman’s message, outstanding representatives of the branch stated their goals in 2016, including enhancing professional knowledge and working style that corresponds to THACO Culture and making ultimate effort to fulfill targets of the branch in particular and THACO in general in 2016.

Speaking at the ceremony, leaders of the Southern Management Office and companies and units of the branch sent their best wishes to all employees and emphasized the content of the 11th message by THACO Chairman. The Board of Leaders requested all employees to innovate their thinking and actions and enhance positive working attitude and professional knowledge to develop together with THACO.

At the end of the program, all employees sang THACO’s traditional song “Truong Hai Niem Tin” to create belief and driving force to fulfill its plan in 2016.
