This is the opportunity for THACO leaders to share its achievement in 2015 and plan in 2016, as well as the company’s business and manufacture strategy period 2016-2018 to all employees of the branch.

At the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thien My, Director of the Southern Branch reported its activities in 2015 and emphasized its success in business with two-fold increase in spare part business compared to 2014 and HR training and recruitment. In addition, the Director also deployed plan in 2016 as follows: investing in the branch’s showroom system, completing showroom management technology, and setting the goal of accounting for 30-45 percent of the market share for passenger cars and 45-50 percent for commercial vehicles.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman Tran Ba Duong emphasized: In 2016, the Southern Branch continues to invest in manufacture for the increasing demand from the market with breakthrough plan to create firm platform for the ASEAN integration in 2018 and increase competitiveness in the international integration with many signed trade agreements. In addition, the chairman affirmed the business philosophy “Sustainable and Effective Development” is the soul and essence for THACO’s success in the future, of which the human resources is the prerequisite.

Also at the event, the chairman honored and rewarded 9 teams and 24 individuals that had great performance contributing to the success of THACO in general and the Southern Branch in particular in 2015.
