During the training hours, the employees were introduced to the interface and features of Service Box page as well as service receipt procedures as per global Peugeot standards. In addition, the trainees were instructed to use My Organizer - car maintenance booking and planning application for the customers.

After the course, the consultants can apply the knowledge into their work to set the booking, send quotations, and manage customers' information effectively and precisely.
