At the meeting, THACO leaders reported to the delegation about the implementation process and the results of the project "Applying integrated quality management system, environment and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)".

The delegation also took time to discuss issues related to the application of 4.0 Industrial Revolutionary achievements in production, production management, technical innovations and improvement, R & D activities and quality control at the factories.
The delegation made a tour around the automobile assembly plant, spare parts plant and machining plant, supervised the application of integrated quality management system IJF 16946: 2016, environmental management system 14001 : 2015 and TPM at the plastic injection molding line - Plastic Plant.

After the inspection, the guests appreciated the quality and effectiveness of the projects and gave out hopes that the Complex would continue to make good use of TPM in production and business activities, encourage initiatives and technical improvement of employees towards maximizing equipment efficiency, minimizing waste, increasing productivity and product quality.
