Mr. Vincent Karremans said: "Rotterdam, a city where 85% of its land lies below sea level. For centuries, we've developed numerous policies and invested heavily in coastal reinforcement to combat flooding. The visit to Ho Chi Minh City's planning projects, particularly Sala Urban Area, signifies a crucial step in our collaboration. This exchange fosters a commitment to sustainable urban development, allowing both cities to learn from each other's experiences in tackling shared environmental issues."
