The program was held on 6 and 7 September, 2018 in Sala City (HCM City), and directed by Mr. Edward Thein - Peugeot trainer in the Asian region. The program content highlighted the 200-year history of Peugeot brand and the evolution of PSA Group. Peugeot's new-generation training focuses on outstanding sales advantages such as: Design Breakthrough, Advance Driver Assistance System (ADAS), New I-Cockpit Interior Design, Advanced EMP2 Chassis, and sales standards.

At  the program, Mr. Edward said, "Sales consultants are brand ambassadors for Peugeot in Vietnam. They make direct contact with customers, taking on the responsibility to inspire and introduce Peugeot values to customers through its history, culture that can touch the customers’ hearts in addition to the product advantages... "

In addition, he added, "The world is changing. This is the age of internet and smartphones. You are changing as well, and so is the way customers do their shopping. So sales consultants, Peugeot brand ambassadors should make good use of the technological elements to bring convenience and promptness to customers.”

The program closed with a test on Peugeot 5008 and 3008 All New in which all participants passed the requirements set by the Peugeot instructor. After this program, they will implement retraining courses at their units to improve the knowledge and skills of the Peugeot sales consultants.
