Outperforming Japanese and German cars, KIA remains its lead in car quality in the U.S.

J.D. Power is a U.S-based marketing research organization, specializing in conducting surveys in customer satisfaction, product quality, and consumer behavior in a wide range of industries, including auto industry. J.D. Power stated, on average, there are only 72 reports of problems in using KIA cars, lower than the cars from Japan, the U.S., Germany, etc. and a variety of global biggest luxury car brands. Topping this list has demonstrated the quality and reliability of the KIA cars.
