Opening Ceremony of Vietnam Motor Show 2015 – Automobile industry expected to become key industry
At the opening ceremony, there was the participation of Mr. Cao Quoc Hung, Deputy Minister of Industry and Transport; Mr. Le Dinh Tho, Deputy Minister of Transport; Mr. Tran Van Tung, Deputy Minister of Science of Technology; Mr. Tran Ky Hinh, Director of Vietnam Register; Mr. Bui Xuan Cuong, Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport; Mr. Yoshihisa Maruta, VAMA’s Chairman; and representatives of relevant agencies, 18 exhibitors, and press agencies. On behalf of THACO, Mr. Tran Ba Duong, Chairman joined the meeting.
The 11th Vietnam Motor Show is an annual activity held by the Vietnam Automobile Manufacture Association to contribute to the development of automobile industry in Vietnam. At the opening ceremony, Mr. Cao Quoc Hung, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade appreciated the value brought by VAMA and its members. He also hoped that in the future, the automobile industry would become the key industry in Vietnam economy.
This year, THACO joined the exhibition with 15 products of 3 auto brands Kia, Mazda, and Peugeot bringing products of all segments meeting customer’ demand of design and technology. Besides experiencing products, customers had chance to enjoy impressive and fascinating shows of all three brands with the presence of many well-known singers and artists such as Nguyen Hung, Ho Ngoc Ha, Dam Vinh Hung, Phuong Vy, Toc Tien etc.
The exhibition took place from 28 October to 1 November 2015.
