Northern Branch organizes 2017 Plan Deployment event at the units
During the event, the regional PC/CV directors delivered specific plans for each region to employees. Based on the regional plan, Directors/Deputy Directors of provincial units clarified detailed business plan of branch showrooms in 2017. Accordingly, Directors of provincial branches carry out their management plan and operations. In their presentations, Directors/Deputy Directors of branches and showrooms proposed their ideas in terms of management, dealer policies, product plans, and market share plans of the regional PC/CP. According to 2017 operation plan and sales target of showrooms and branches, regional PC/CV also had contributions in line with the plan. Regarding presentations of the organizational structure and management of branches, department directors in the administrative office and showroom heads and leaders provided feedback to adjust the contents suitable for the reality.
Ultimately, regional director Tran Bao Son finalized the directions and main orientations for the branches to undertake set targets in 2017.
