Employees at Ia Puch Complex beamed with joy as the Enrichment Garden officially opened its doors.
Spanning over two hectares, the facility integrates vegetable plots, raising areas for chickens and wild boar. The vegetable garden occupies 0.6 hectares, boasting an array of local vegetables like bok choy, mustard greens, lettuce, and more. Committed to sustainable practices, the garden utilizes organic methods, employing microbial fertilizers and biological pesticides to ensure the vegetables' safety for consumption.
The Complex is currently designing a dedicated 1-hectare area for raising chickens and wild boars, prioritizing a sustainable and hygienic environment. This initiative emphasizes raising the animals naturally to ensure the meat quality and safety.
Head Chef of the Complex's Kitchen, Ms. Do Thi Thu Van, shared: "The garden has been very useful. We can now enjoy fresh, homegrown vegetables every day, with complete peace of mind about their safety. No more worries about food quality.”
