Excellent female employees at THACO AUTO automobile manufacturing factories

THACO AUTO's Production Division boasts a strong team of nearly 630 female employees, representing around 20% of its workforce. These dedicated women play a vital role in the company's success, bringing their creativity, hard work, and expertise to every aspect of auto production.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Trung exemplifies dedication at THACO KIA's Paint Workshop. During her eight years, she has been earning the title of "excellent individual" for the past four years. Initially, Ms. Trung acknowledged having reservations about the role's demands. However, her determination to learn shone through. Within a year, she mastered her tasks and broadened her skillset to encompass diverse responsibilities like glue removal, floor lining, and glue applying.

“Transitioning from farm work to an industrial environment was a hard thing. Thankfully, my manager and colleagues were there every step of the way. Their support made the difference in helping me adapt, learn the work, and successfully complete my tasks. I'm committed to ongoing improvement and excited to contribute even more effectively", shared Ms. Nguyen Thi Trung.

THACO's production lines for automobiles are staffed by a diverse workforce, with many women demonstrating their expertise in highly skilled tasks like welding, assembly, painting, and inspection. Ms. Tran Thi Thanh, a paint worker at BUS THACO, exemplifies excellence in her field. For many years, she has been recognized as "excellent individual." She goes beyond simply completing tasks; she's a role model for her colleagues and a valuable contributor who consistently proposes improvements that boost efficiency and cost savings. “My approach involves maximizing efficiency by finding creative ways to utilize existing materials and optimize costs. Seeing each successful project come to life with these cost-saving measures brings me immense satisfaction. Such focus on continuous improvement fuels both my own creativity and within our team," shared Ms. Thanh.

Product research and development thrives on a diverse range of talent. At THACO AUTO R&D Center, women are tackling and excelling in various tasks, including simulation, product design and prototyping, materials testing, and technical issue resolution.

Ms. Hoang Thi Thanh Minh is a key player in the Automotive R&D Center's simulation room, consistently contributing to the success of numerous projects.  She said: "My role involves working with 3D models, conducting analyses, and developing solutions to optimize vehicle system performance and features. It's a challenging but incredibly rewarding field. Complex projects can be demanding, but my passion for engineering and commitment to THACO's success fuel my drive to continuously improve my skills and knowledge. This ensures consistent progress and boosts overall productivity."

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huyen is an example of dedication and quick learning in THACO AUTO R&D Center's Sales Project Management Department. Her passion for the field fueled her rapid progress, and earned her the "excellent employee" title in 2023. Her job is managing component and material lists for vehicles, and closely monitoring component changes to ensure a smooth assembly process. She reflected: "Accurately defining material and component needs is a critical step in product development. My colleagues and I are constantly striving to hone our skills, focusing on precision and attention to detail at every stage. We believe a shared passion and unwavering dedication are the keys to conquering any challenge in this field."
