This award is evaluated based on customers' satisfaction and growth ratio in 2015. Receiving positive feedback from its optimal customer services, Mazda Vietnam has surpassed many other distributors to honorably receive the second prize among others all over the world (the first prize belongs to Galadari - Middle East and third prize goes to Mazda Colombia).

At the ceremony, Mazda representative, Mr Yatsugi - Director of Asia Pacific Mazda highly appreciated the growth speed, innovations, training, customers' satisfaction and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) of Mazda Vietnam, and hoped that Mazda Vietnam would further develop and earn more customers' satisfaction. Mr Bui Kim Kha also committed to continue developing services at Mazda factories, apply new applications to elevate customers' satisfaction with Mazda brand in Vietnam.
